Programming & Events

NY Tech Alliance believes in supporting founders, entrepreneurs, startups and businesses at all stages of growth.

We host several different types of programming with the aim of creating low barriers to entry into the tech ecosystem and creating the most diverse, equitable and accessible tech ecosystem in the world.

Our programs look to support people with networking and professional development, and we love showcasing amazing founders and their tech.

NY Tech Meetup

Our flagship program, the NY Tech Meetup (NYTM) has been a monthly staple for the NYC tech ecosystem since 2004. It is the world’s largest meetup group with over 60,000 members.

At each event, we provide time for networking amongst the tech community members and feature tech demoes by a diverse set of founders, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and leaders.

This event is a perfect place to start if you are new to tech, to New York city, or to the New York tech ecosystem. We work hard to cultivate a captivating program that features cutting edge tech. It’s all about meeting new people and showing off amazing tech.

NY Tech Forums

Our NYTA Forums take advantage of our strong partners and sponsors, and the wealth of knowledge they can share with the NY tech community. At each event, we provide time for networking with the experts and deep dive into a tech topic requested by our community members, focusing on anything from the latest trends in VCs to angel investing to IP rights.

If you are new to tech or an experienced founder, you learn something new at these events! Get your questions ready!

NY Tech Talks

Our NYTA Talks showcase incredibly talented founders, entrepreneurs, and CEOs in the NY tech community and beyond. Whether we look to fill an auditorium or a fireside setting, we love sitting down with each founder and engaging in a candid and intimate conversation. We ask the founders everything from their founder story to the best thing that happened to them this week.

In partnership with Mastercard, our Founder Spotlights series focuses on female, tech founders. While we know that female founders receive just 2% early stage funding, the women at our events have gone against the odds and started amazing companies that support aging parents, farm using robotics, and educate on the latest wine trends.

CEO Roundtable

Targeting founders, CEOs, and leaders in the NY area! We understand that building a business can be lonely, so we offer the opportunity to connect with your fellow CEOs in a confidential setting.

At each meeting, we hear from leaders in different fields and provide an opportunity to ask questions, share successes and challenges, and learn from each other.
