Come cut loose with the Catalyst team as we celebrate PTO (outdoors!) and raise awareness for mental health and a healthy work/life balance!

About this event

At Catalyst, we believe that healthy customers start with a healthy team. That's why we're launching a number of initiatives to encourage people and companies to further prioritize taking PTO and take care of their mental health.

Before COVID-19, research shows that the average employee who had unlimited PTO took 13 days off each year, and that even among employees without unlimited PTO, less than half used all their paid days off. Then COVID-19 hit, and no one was able to take vacations, so the amount of PTO taken plummeted even further. In fact, 33% of paid vacation time across the entire country went unused in 2020.

That's why for PTOpalooza, we are:
- Shutting down for 1 week of company-wide PTO
- Released "The Ultimate Guide to PTO" as a free Ebook
- Having a fantastic party to bring the NYC community together around the themes of mental health/PTO
