ABOUT THE EVENT:

In-conjunction with the New York City Mayor’s Office of the CTO and Stack Overflow, IBM and Clinton Global Initiative University (CGI U) are pleased to invite developers, leaders, problem solvers, social innovators, and university students 18 years of age and older from around the world to join us in “Tackling COVID-19 and Urban Issues in NYC and Beyond” on Global Accessibility Awareness Day, May 21. Experts will highlight some of the most pressing challenges of our time impacting NYC – COVID-19, climate change, homelessness, and more – and provide resources and opportunities for you to join the fight immediately by using tech for good.

As part of the Call for Code® – Tech for Good Virtual Event Series Presented by IBM & CGI U, this 75-minute session is open to all disciplines to participate, and will spark ideas for how you can put your talent(s) into practice to make a difference in your community.
