Dan has served on over a dozen boards and is a frequent speaker and judge at venture events. Named a “Power Player” in New York’s venture capital scene and among the top 100 Power Players in Digital Media, he is also a New York Times bestselling author of 15 books and an award-winning journalist, with work published in 33 languages and adapted into documentary films.
Mat Kaliski, Principal, Acronym Venture Capital
Mat is a Principal at Acronym Venture Capital, an early stage fund focused on Late Seed and Early A rounds. He is an active community builder in New York City working to increase access to venture scalable entrepreneurship. He founded FirstGen, an organization to help immigrant and first generation founders start and scale venture scalable companies. Previously, he founded and organized Founder Fridays NYC.
