Panelists: 

Bradley Tusk, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Tusk Venture Partners

Bradley Tusk is a venture capitalist, political strategist, philanthropist and writer. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Tusk Venture Partners, the first and only venture capital firm dedicated to investing in early-stage technology companies operating in highly regulated markets, and an active investor in AI companies. He is the founder of political consulting firm Tusk Strategies. Bradley is a twice-published author and writes columns in a wide variety of outlets, hosts a podcast called Firewall about the intersection of tech and politics, and is the co-founder of the Gotham Book Prize. He owns an independent bookstore, podcast studio, and event space P&T Knitwear on Manhattan's Lower East Side. He is also an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School.

Paula Brancato, Brancato Consultancy 

Paula Brancato is a value creation consultant for tech CEOs and executives who advises on the development and integration of AI-based solutions. Her expertise derives from service as a CEO/CFO, plus hundreds of companies she has helped grow and fund. A Harvard MBA, she’s worked at Mass Mutual, Deloitte&Touche, McKinsey&Company, Morgan Stanley and The World Bank. Brancato facilitated the NY Tech Alliance CEO roundtable. She also created and runs the Harvard Club’s Artificial Intelligence group, a salon-style, thinktank dedicated to AI literacy and showcasing positive, forward-thinking applied AI. Brancato is a sought-after speaker on AI, business and financial management with Ted Talks for McKinsey, Harvard Law alums, HCNY, SACCNY, Harvard OPM and Stanford’s entrepreneurship program.

Prabhdeep Singh, Partner, Armory Square Ventures

Prabhdeep Singh is an Operating Partner at Armory Square Ventures. ASV works closely with it’s portfolio to help them leverage AI and is an active investor in AI-focused B2B marketplace and SaaS companies. Prior to ASV, he was the Chief Growth Officer at Clover Health where he oversaw the company's membership growth and expansion of its service areas and provider network. Prior to Clover, he was the Global Head of Marketplace at WeWork where he led the development and growth of its digital platform and emerging products and services. Prabhdeep has also held a number of leadership roles at Uber, including the Head of Enterprise and General Manager of several markets for Uber Eats. He began his career in finance, holding roles at Morgan Stanley, the Partnership Fund for New York City, a $170M VC fund based in NYC, and GLG. He earned a BA from Boston College and lives with his wife and two children in Brooklyn.

Thor Ernstsson, Founder, ArcticBlue.ai

Thor is the founder of ArcticBlue.ai, a company helping accelerate AI adoption with Fortune 500s. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across industries ranging from healthcare, enterprise SaaS, and artificial intelligence. He has a track record of successfully building and scaling companies, with a focus on understanding and influencing consumer behavior.

Over the years he has founded several startups in addition to ArcticBlue, including Rally Health (acquired by United Healthcare) and Feedback Loop (acquired by Disqo). His products have been adopted by major corporations and have been utilized by hundreds of millions of people worldwide.

Paul Ellis, Managing Partner, Ellis Law Group

As Managing Partner of the 10-person Ellis Law Group (ELG), Paul Ellis represents companies at all stages of their life cycles, as well as funds and angel investors. Clients choose Paul to negotiate complex business matters and provide sophisticated, strategic legal advice for establishing, financing, operating and exiting highly successful, and often rapidly-growing, companies. His experience spans multiple industries including software/SaaS, AI, fintech, blockchain/crypto, digital media, e-commerce and healthcare. Paul is a co-founder and board member of NY Tech Alliance and organizes its events on legal issues for early-stage companies. Paul began his legal career at two major NY law firms, but given his entrepreneurial nature, he left big law to establish ELG, which has been ranked by Chambers among the top 15 small and medium-sized firms in NY for corporate law. Paul holds degrees from Harvard University and Georgetown University.
