The League of Women Voters of the City of New York (LWV NYC) is a non-partisan organization whose purpose is to promote informed and active citizen participation in government. We are committed to empowering citizens with the meaningful information needed to make sound decisions for our democracy.
About the Project
Leading up to this year's city election, LWV NYC is seeking volunteers to assist them in creating a strong voter education campaign focused on the Roles & Responsibilities of each elected city official - Voter, Mayor, City Council, Borough President, Public Advocate, Comptroller.
The Goal
Create a library of (6) short polished video clips (about 45 seconds in length) complete with fun and engaging visuals to disseminate through their social and digital channels and through their partner networks.
A library of social media assets to create a "Record Your Own" version of the videos for individuals to share through their individual networks in multiple languages.
