Hayk Hakobyan (Vonage Business Development Manager - UK) - Hayk is a business expert and advisor in topics related to innovation, strategy, AI and blockchain to companies globally. Hayk held senior roles of digital transformation and business turnaround around the world having worked for and with SMEs and MNCs across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Currently, Hayk is a partner at Vision Capital, emerging technologies advisory in SEA, in addition to being Expert-in-Residence at SOSV, the biggest VC accelerator in the world, and APAC partner at Prysm Group, a global blockchain economics and governance agency. Neelofar Shariff (Product Lead at Qhala) - Neelofar oversees the product development at Qhala's core areas of practice. Prior to Qhala, Neelofar was part of the Safaricom Innovation Lab (Alpha) leading Product management in the social payments strategy to complement the overall M-PESA product portfolio that serves 30 million active users. Neelofar has had experience working across Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) being part of a team that has through a partnership-led model launched health services across six countries in SSA. Neelofar holds a BCom in Economics and Finance and an Honours in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management.
