What: MetLife will host the 5^th annual Triangle Tech X Conference to raise the bar on the industry’s commitment to STEM equity and explore emerging opportunities for accelerating innovations.

Why: An inflection point has been reached between opportunity and adversity. As we enter the AI age, rapid technological advancements have enhanced the urgency for STEM industries to uproot a gender bias foundation and become more holistically inclusive. With women disproportionately impacted by global socioeconomic challenges, their perspectives and empathy can no longer be undervalued. It's critical to bring women into the fold and move forward from ideas to action.
