  Ashima is the Founder of Dreami, a mentorship startup on a mission to make mentorship equitable and scalable. Ashima started her career as an engineer at Chevron, worked on developing Corporate Strategy at Cisco and most recently, the Group Lead for Product Strategy at Zendesk. In her free time, Ashima can be found hiking or camping in the mountains.
