Evaluating Cultural Fit and Aligning Your Values with Your Job | April 6

About This Event

"Toxic culture" is the number one reason that people are quitting their jobs. People are no longer willing to work at organizations where they don’t feel valued, respected, and included. Economists have dubbed this "The Great Resignation."

In this session attendees will learn how this situation applies to them. They will learn a framework for evaluating whether an organization’s culture meets your personal needs, and join a conversation on discord and the Zoom chat.

So, so many people who work in tech are considering whether they should change jobs or not. It can be a very hard decision. Learn how to navigate the pros and cons of staying vs leaving a company.

This is the first in a four-part series held in collaboration with Empathy in Tech. Check out the other events in this series here.
