Ariane is a Career Coach at General Assembly’s NYC campus. She brings twenty years of combined experience in marketing, branding and entrepreneurship to deliver creative solutions for today’s career changer. As a certified coach, her methodology centers around holistic, actionable insights to help individuals go farther, faster.

In her work at General Assembly, Ariane helps career changers from entry level to seasoned professionals land their first jobs in tech. With a focus on UX Design and Software Engineering she empowers people with the tools needed to succeed in today’s world. Ariane has spoken for many career development platforms such as Ladies Get Paid, BE NYC and Cultivate and is the author of forthcoming business leadership book, Dreaming on Purpose (Indigo River Press). Ariane enjoys helping others find their unique differentiator so they can stand out in the job market and powerfully build the career of their dreams.

UX Designer & Content Strategist

Jasmine Poteat is a UX designer and content strategist with a background that spans nonprofits, agencies, and tech. The through line in her career is an affinity for generative inquiry, empathetic problem solving, and deep systems thinking. She considers her process holistic, and enjoys cultivating and implementing all facets of design systems, whether it’s the voice and tone style guide or UI pattern library.

In her off-hours, she’s either testing out new recipes, curating Spotify playlists, or consumed in a good novel.
