A failed copywriter and huge Bukowski fan, 20+ years later Hillary is a Business Coach at Career Happy and VP of Executive Talent at WPP. She has spent over 20 years in the advertising industry and has witnessed and facilitated many career transitions – her own and others. She is passionate about making meaningful connections with an empathetic, human approach. She graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and later in life received a Masters Degree in Social Work.

Kathryn is a recruiter and coach with a background in advertising, design and branding. She started her career as a graphic designer and eventually transitioned into recruiting. Over the years, she has also had a number of side hustles, including owning an e-commerce brand and working as a sound healer & reiki practitioner. Kathryn graduated with a double B.A. from Fordham University in Visual Arts (Graphic Design) and English and later in her career became a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and ICF Accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

Leslie is the Founder and CEO of Kay & Black Talent Management, which she launched on her own in 1998. Over the years prior to starting her business, she earned a reputation for putting the best people and processes in place at advertising agencies like Kirshenbaum & Bond, Greenberg & Associates and TBWA/Chiat Day. She’s spent a lifetime around top talent and creatives, including her family of artists, writers and designers. She is passionate about advising, counseling and mentoring creatives at all stages of their careers. Fun fact: she is also a certified health coach!
