Mark was an HR Business Partner for the consumer business at General Assembly and now consults organizations, founders, and athletes in areas of organizational development, employee relations, and management training.

CRM Analyst, Chicago Fire FC
Nick Moreno is a CRM Analyst on the Business Strategy & Analytics team at the Chicago Fire Football Club. Born in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey and raised in Lake County, Illinois, he received his bachelor’s in Mathematics and Finance in 2015 and his master’s in Applied Statistics in 2020, both from Loyola University Chicago. Prior to joining the club, Nick worked at OpenGov as a Systems and Data Analyst for a year. Now, he supports the CFFC’s Data Management, Prospecting, and CRM functions.

Senior Data Analyst, Chicago Fire FC
Nikhil Morar is a Senior Data Analyst at Chicago Fire FC on the Business Strategy & Analytics team where he specializes in data management, data analysis, and data visualizations. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Analytics from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and master's degree in Data Science and Sports Analytics from Indiana University (IUPUI). While in graduate school, Nikhil's team won ESPN's Hackathon at the 2020 MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference in Boston, MA. Nikhil began his career working in sports when he was a Data Analyst for IUPUI's Sports Innovation Institute and Nashville SC's Business Intelligence team.

Ivan Tchatchouwo a Cameroonian native raised in Bronx, NY is on mission to improve the wellbeing of student-athletes’. As the co-founder and CEO of The Zone, a digital wellness start-up providing wellness resources accessible and personalized to student-athletes, creating a personal wellness coach in their pockets. Ivan is driven by his unique experiences as a high performing student-athlete, recognized thought leader and mental wellness advocate.
