What we've learned from teaching machines to chat (and users!)

Communicating with an AI chatbot is not the same as communicating with a human, but neither is it the same as using a search engine.

About this event

Communicating with an AI chatbot is not the same as communicating with a human, but neither is it the same as using a search engine - it exists in a liminal space between the two.

We will discuss how advances in natural language understanding and conversational design can be used to create a more intelligent - and ultimately more human-like - AI chatbot experience.
