The New York Technology Council is excited to have noted author David Weinberger discuss aspects of his new book, "Too Big to Know: Rethinking Knowledge Now That the Facts Aren't the Facts, Experts Are Everywhere, and the Smartest Person in the Room Is the Room."
David is co-author of the best-seller The Cluetrain Manifesto, which InformationWeek called the most important business book since Tom Peter's In Search of Excellence. He is also the author of the critically-acclaimed Small Pieces Loosely Joined: A Unified Theory of the Web and Everything Is Miscellaneous: The Power of the New Digital Disorder.
David is currently a senior researcher at Harvard Law's Berkman Center for the Internet & Society, Co-Director of the Harvard Library Innovation Lab at Harvard Law School, and is a Franklin Fellow at the United States State Department. In addition, he has served as a Senior Internet Advisor to the Howard Dean campaign.
David has a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Toronto.
